SHIPPING

EXCHANGE
We accept exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
Once the exchange is initiated and we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check.
If it passes the check, we will proceed with the exchange for the same product (size or variant based on availability).
Please note:
Exchanges will not be accepted for damaged or used products.
Items that fail the quality check will be returned to the customer.
